The start of XXL (DWS 5.11d/7a) works out from the [climber's] left side of the Cova area in Cala B[V]arques, traversing out on stalactites, until making your way up onto the face. @godslafco on his send go.
Area: Cala Santanyi/Tijuana/Semen de Trigo Climber: Tony Deleo Climb: Unknown Bolted Boulder Overlooking Es Pontas Taking in the views and overlooking Es Pontas at the Cala Santanyi/Tijuana/Semen de Trigo area. With all the sharp Spanish rock tearing our hands to shreds, sometimes taking a breath is the best way to get the most out of what skin you have left.
Area: Cala Sa Nau, Spain Climber: Lawrence Osefoh @godslafco Climb: Attack of the Spindly Killer Fish (5.12a/7a+) The start of Attack of the Spindly Killer Fish (DWS 5.12a/7a+) starts on the [climber's] right side of the Virgin Area in Cala Sa Nau, Spain. This place was a great intro to DWSing as the approach was mellow. There are places to sit and watch the other climbers work lines and swimming to/climbing into the problems wasn't heady or too intimidating.
Area: Cala Santanyi/Tijuana/Semen de Trigo Climber: Ex Pow-Anpongkul @ex.powanpongkul Climb: Xiscu que Relliscu (5.10d/6b+) This massive area has sport and DWS all with views like this. (Cala Santanyi/Tijuana/Semen de Trigo areas). We decided this was a good rest day crag because of the ease of access and excess of spots to chill and let people play on a ton of moderates. @ex.powanpongkul on Xiscu que Relliscu (5.10d/6b+).
